saucing season

221/366 - From tree to jar in 3 hours; I'll be doing this every available morning for a couple of weeks.   I like to keep the sauce simple:  apples, a couple of cinnamon sticks, a smidgen of salt and maybe a half cup of sugar or honey if they need it.   (That's Rosemary Rhubarb Jam in the background.   The rest of the rhubarb is going to be frozen for making Rhubarb Sodas throughout the year.)
