275/366 - making radish pickles  (6 radishes sliced, 1/2 cup umeboshi plum vinegar, 1 cup water: cover with cheesecloth and rubber band, let sit on counter for 1-3 days and then move to fridge.  Pickles will be salty and may need to be rinsed before eating, depending on how long they've been fermenting.  These are addicting and very good for you!)
